Female Entrepreneurship
Alicia was requested to speak before a group of female students studying business and entrepreneurship at Bauder College. This speech did not include an educational/demo slide deck as most people are accustomed to seeing Alicia have. Instead, it the speech centered around Alicia sharing the inspirational story of what led her to create Equilibria, Inc. and the challenges and wins she had experienced up to that point. Her speech was followed by a Q&A where she was able to directly engage with students in an honest and transparent way.
